MippCRM

Mipp vs HubSpot: which fits a small team?

HubSpot is one of the best-known CRM platforms in the world, and it earns that reputation. Mipp is a much smaller, simpler tool built in the UK for teams of one to ten people. This page lays out the differences honestly, including where HubSpot is genuinely the better choice, so you can decide which one actually fits how you work.

Pick HubSpot if...

You should genuinely consider HubSpot when your team is bigger than ten people or growing fast, when you need marketing automation (email sequences, landing pages, lead scoring, forms) alongside your CRM, or when your business depends on deep integrations with other tools. HubSpot's ecosystem is enormous, its reporting is powerful, and its free tier is a real product, not a demo. If you have a dedicated person to own the setup, and the budget to grow into the paid Marketing, Sales and Service hubs, it is an excellent platform. Larger teams get real value from that depth. The trade-off is that HubSpot Starter is priced per seat, and the full suites get expensive fast as you add users and hubs.

Pick Mipp if...

Mipp is built for teams of one to ten who want a CRM they can start using this afternoon. Pricing is flat, not per seat: £19 per month for one user or £49 per month for up to three, in pounds, from a UK company. Paying annually gives you two months free, and you can cancel anytime. There is no training course, no onboarding call and no admin role to fill; setup takes about two minutes. You also get things HubSpot does not offer at this level: a kanban task board for every client and an ideas board with impact scoring. Mipp deliberately does not try to be a marketing automation suite. If you need one, HubSpot is the better buy. If you mainly need to track clients, deals and the work you owe each of them, Mipp does that without the overhead. The honest summary: HubSpot is the bigger, more capable product; Mipp is the one a two-person team will still be using in six months because it never got in the way.
